World Textile see China, China textile in Keqiao. Yesterday, the 24th China Shaoxing Keqiao International Textile Expo 2022 (Autumn) and the 5th World Textile Conference 2022 opened in Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center.

　　This autumn textile Fair will have 2,100 booths, 795 exhibitors, with an exhibition area of 41,000 square meters. The exhibition hall consists of six exhibition areas: textile fabric exhibition area, fashion design exhibition area, clothing exhibition area, service trade exhibition area, "Scientific Innovation China" textile science and technology achievements exhibition area, "Keqiao Optimization" results static exhibition area. In the Scientific Innovation China Textile Technology Achievements Exhibition area, led by China Textile Engineering Society, 164 technologies and achievements of 26 institutions were exhibited, including the existing cutting-edge representative scientific research achievements with good maturity and high conversion rate from 10 universities such as Donghua University, Soochow University and Tianjin Polytechnic University. In addition, the fashion design exhibition area, the clothing exhibition area, the service trade exhibition area, the static exhibition area of "Keqiao Optimization" results and the main exhibition area of fabrics jointly present the fashion and technology outlook of the exhibition.

　　Yesterday afternoon, the 5th World Textile Conference 2022 with the theme of "Integration to achieve Global Value" kicked off in Keqiao. The global textile industry gathered online and offline to set sail along the "Belt and Road" beautiful "New Silk Road" and jointly promote the road of pragmatic and open industrial cooperation. The theme conference will comprehensively discuss the new trends of innovation and development of the global textile industry in the new era from multiple dimensions, such as industrial integration, digital transformation, sustainable change and integrated innovation. The conference also held the 30th anniversary of the title of "China Textile City" merit award award, the construction plan to build a modern "International textile city" and "China Printing and dyeing Industry Green Development Report" release, "Silk Keqiao covers the world" Global Textile Market Alliance (GTMA) signing ceremony and other activities.

　　"Keqiao, as the world's largest textile trade hub and China's hundred-billion-level textile industry cluster, is continuously enlarging its' industry + market 'advantages and showing strong vitality. From January to October, the output value of the textile industry in Keqiao District was 105 billion yuan, and the transaction value of the textile city group was 277.7 billion yuan, up by 11.3% and 11.5% respectively." Yuan Jian, Deputy Secretary of Keqiao District Party Committee and mayor of Keqiao District, said that this year is the 30th anniversary of the title of China's light Textile City. To forge ahead on a new journey, Keqiao will firmly shoulder the mission of leading the high-quality development of modern textile, adhere to the "mutual benefit and sharing", deepen the "innovation-led, creative driven". It will be integrated into the world textile development pattern and the international textile economic and trade system in a wider scope, at a deeper level and with greater efforts.
